All trainers operate as professional collaborators under the Empowerment PM Solutions framework. Each trainer signs a formal Trainer/Facilitator Agreement that outlines mutual commitments, intellectual property protection, confidentiality, and brand usage. This ensures clarity, professionalism, and alignment with our values, delivery standards, and shared impact goals.
Yes. We require trainers to hold relevant project management certifications (e.g. PMP®, PMI-ACP®, GPM®) or be actively working toward them. We offer support and mentorship to help you meet certification requirements
Yes. Trainers are compensated for delivery, with flexible models based on session type and experience.
Absolutely. Our trainer program is designed for flexibility. You can deliver sessions part-time and fit them around your existing work or personal commitments. We offer multiple training formats, so you can choose what works best for your schedule.
You’ll receive induction, co-delivery mentorship, access to training materials, and ongoing professional development.
